Shipping policy

Orders are currently fulfilled Monday-Friday in the order they are received from our Office in Victoria, BC Canada. We ship with Canada Post and UPS. Please note orders with a  PO Box shipping address can only be shipped via Canada Post.

Update: 09/2025 | At this time orders to the USA are temporarily paused. This will be reevaluated after the Canada Post labour dispute is resolved. Thank you for understanding!

We offer free shipping on US order over $90 CAD and calculated rates for orders below this threshold. All US order are sent via Canada Post.

Nearly all our products are made in Canada with the exception of our boxed tarot deck which is made in China. We also carry products we love from other brands, their origins are noted on their product pages.  Orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees. These are determined by your country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these additional costs.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number within 24hrs. Click on the link to go to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
